Engagement Terms

Standard terms governing all media appearances

1. Payment

Full payment is required no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appearance. Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. No recording shall commence until payment is confirmed.

2. Scheduling

Upon receipt of payment, Dr. Hines Inc. will confirm the appearance date and time in writing. Host agrees to provide all technical details at least 24 hours prior to recording.

3. Cancellation Policy

7+ days notice: Full refund
3-6 days notice: 50% refund
Less than 72 hours: No refund
No-show by Host: Fee forfeited

4. Rescheduling

One reschedule permitted with 72 hours notice at no charge. Subsequent reschedules incur a $150 fee. Must occur within 60 days of original date.

5. Editorial Rights

Dr. Hines retains full editorial discretion and may decline topics outside his expertise or conflicting with his values. He reserves the right to withdraw if content is misrepresented.

6. Distribution Rights

Host receives perpetual, non-exclusive license to distribute. Dr. Hines Inc. may use clips (up to 3 min) for promotion. Host may not sell or transfer recording without consent.

7. Attribution

Host must credit "Dr. Johnathan Hines, DCC, Founder of Dr. Hines Inc." and include link to drhinesinc.com in show notes. Episode link due within 7 days of release.

8. Legal

Liability limited to appearance fee paid. Governed by Oklahoma law. Disputes resolved through mediation/binding arbitration in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
